Photovoltaic cleaning robot


The dust accumulation and hot spot defects of photo-voltaic module panels seriously affect the power generation efficiency of photovoltaic power stations. The GL T6 photovoltaic cleaning robot uses the frame of photovoltaic power station modules as a track and has super-flexible nylon brushes that can automatically clean the dust on module panels. To maintain power generation to the maximum extent, the robots are connected to each other through wireless communication, and the GL photovoltaic robot operation and maintenance platform can be linked with the power station business system and the meteorological system to realize completely unmanned photovoltaic intelligent operation and maintenance.



Factory inspection robot

Wheeled inspection robots can replace artificial intelligence inspections in complex indoor and outdoor environments such as industrial plants and substations. The robot uses radar to achieve trackless navigation operation. The robot carries an infrared thermal imaging camera, a high-definition pan-tilt camera, and a temperature and humidity room. NDT devices such as sensors and gas sensors collect multi-dimensional data on the inspection area, and realize meter readings, defect diagnosis, thermal imaging analysis, etc. through AI intelligent recognition algorithms. The robot centralized control platform can connect multiple robots to achieve remote centralized control. Intelligent export inspection and analysis, early warning of fault defects, and realization of unattended intelligent inspection.

Industrial cleaning robot
Conduct inspection and operation and maintenance of pipelines (SEC pipelines). By installing special NDT testing equipment such as laser detection sensors, ultrasonic coating thickness sensors, and C-scan sensors on the robot, the detection rate of corrosion defects and abnormalities in the pipeline has been greatly improved. In addition, it also has F-PI intelligent magnetic adsorption technology, equipped with robotic arm foreign body grabbing functions.


Fully intelligent plate forming hydraulic press

GL's fully intelligent plate forming hydraulic press system can realize fully automatic stamping and forming, online quality inspection and plate stacking, with fast pressing speed and high reliability.
The frame and main cylinder of the equipment adopt high-strength steel wire pre-stressed winding technology. This structure is designed with high safety factor, tensile and fatigue resistance, and the effective pressing area is maximized.The hydraulic system of the plate hydraulic press is mainly composed of the main system, the ultra-high pressure control system and the auxiliary control system. It adopts various special ultra-high pressure valve groups and reasonable system design and configuration, which can maximize energy utilization and achieve low consumption and high efficiency.
The intelligent system uses graphic recognition, penetration scanning, and laser 3D ranging to achieve rapid online quality inspection of each piece, and can adjust the suppression process, early warning and alarm operations through inspection.
