Our centrifugal pumps are designed by the best technical engineers of the market with many years of experience. This ensures that the range of pumps is the top of the art, and a surface roughness less than 1 RA. With optimized internal geometry and special o-rings, our centrifugal pumps are designed for Cleaning in Place (CIP) and offer exceptional levels of hygiene. All have been designed in accordance with EHEDG requirements.
Features
1, Easy service and High-Tech Seal Design
One of the aims when designing the new range of pumps was to obtain an easy service of the pumps and this has been fully achieved. Front-loaded shaft seals and without special tools a fast and simple change of the seal is possible. Holes through the impeller serves to equalize the pressure on both sides of the impeller. This will minimize wear off the mechanical shaft seal and the bearings in the motor.
As a special feature the supporting leg of the pump is designed to grant a perfect support during operation and a stable set-up of the pump. Before service the supporting leg is moved under the motor making the service of the pump considerably easier than for other pumps.
The seal can be a single or a double mechanical seal, in a variety of material combinations. The double mechanical seal is designed as a flushed seal in case preventing the pump from running dry. To simplify the spare parts inventory our pumps share the same mechanical shaft seal. This together with the easy service reduces the maintenance costs.
2, Impeller and Volute Design
Our impellers and volutes are designed with the newest design tools for an optimum performance and a high efficiency. The special design of the volute ensures a gentle product handling. The volute and the back plate are designed so, that the outlet connection can be turned into any position without effecting the efficiency of the pump.
3, Motor Size and Flexibility
The shaft and back plate design makes it easy to change to a bigger or smaller norm. motor, if the pump duty should be changed.
4, Noise Level and NPSH
The S-FP pump is designed with a low noise level and a good NSPH securing a good suction capacity and gentle product treatment. The risk of cavitations is minimized due to the good NSPH value. S-FP pumps secures a gentle product treatment and high energy efficiency. The aim of the S-FP pump range was to present the most trouble-free and hygienic pumps on the market ever.

Wastewater Pumps
The dry installed S-WN pumps are used for horizontal and vertical mounting. The pumps are compact in design to meet a wide range of service conditions. They are driven by energy saving air-cooled IEC motor and connected with the piping with flanges on both suction and discharge sides.
The Wastewater Program
With the range of pumps from the small S-WN1 to the big S-WN5, we cover the need from light industrial effluents to heavy duty wastewater jobs from both cities and industries. The flowrate varies from 68m³/h to 4000 m³/h with connections from DN80 to DN600.
The S-WN pumps can be used in many different applications by adjusting motor size and impeller type, the solution can easily be customized to comply with your requirements.

2, Fast Lock Latch Bolt
Another unique feature for the Greenleading S-WN-line is the fast lock latch bolts that make it easy to separate the pump from the motor. This feature is very popular within the service staff, as it reduces maintenance downtime considerably.
3, Higher efficiency with adjustable wear-ring.
The wear-ring reduces the hydraulic loss between the impeller and the wear-ring. With this feature the wear-ring can regularly be adjusted to optimize the pump’s efficiency.
4, Premium Efficiency motor
A Premium Efficiency motor as standard is the best way to reduce energy use as it improves the efficiency without affecting the risk of blockage. An air-cooled IEC motor from 2,2 to 200 kW. Suitable forpumping of wastewater and sewage from building and sites in domestic, commercial, industrial and municipal areas.

The S-WP-range is the combination between high efficiency, intelligent design and practical features. This gives you a user-friendly pump with a long life cycle. The S-WP-range covers complete series of high quality and user-friendly wastewater pumps. From the smallest S-WP0 - suitable for light industrial effluents to the S-WP5 - capable of handling heavy duty wastewater jobs from cities and industries.
Dry, Wet and Portable Wastewater Pumps
The S-WP series product programme is delivered for dry, wet or portable installations and with the choice of a vortex, a B-tween or a channel impeller. As an option all Greenleading dry pit wastewater pumps can be delivered with IEC standard motors S-WN type.
High-efficiency Motors with Unique Heating and Moisture Protection
The motors are classified according to IE3. All S-WP series motors also have class F insulation, option as class H insulation, three thermal overload switches and a moisture sensor to alert the owner of moisture intrusion before damage is caused to the motor.
Oversized shafts
Each pump has its own oversized shaft - oversized to ensure a smooth running pump without vibrations even at maximum power. This ensures many hours of reliable service both for the parts and for the pump as a whole. This guarantees a controlled temperature within the pump, which also protects the shaft and the motor windings.
Exceptional Cooling
The cooling jacket from Greenleading ensures optimal cooling of the motor in most operating conditions such as converter drive, dry installations and low level sump where overheating is otherwise likely to occur. Greenleading dry and portable wastewater pumps are delivered with a cooling jacket as a standard. For the Greenleading wet pit pumps the cooling jacket is an optional choice.
The cooling system is driven by an internal impeller placed in the mechanical cartridge seal that circulates the cooling liquid through the passages around the motor. The cooling liquid absorbs the high temperature from the motor and passes it on to the media being pumped through the pump.
As the system is a closed cooling system it does not use the media for cooling and the system does not clog due to the sludge.
As the temperature is controlled throughout the complete pumping process the parts of the pump are protected from too much starting and stopping, heating and cooling. The bearings, o-rings and mechanical seals all benefit from this reliable service, which again contributes to a long life for the pump.

Fast Lock Latch Bolt and Oil Tap Drain
Another unique feature for the Greenleading S-WP-line is the fast lock latch bolts that make it easy to separate the pump from the motor. This feature is very popular within the service staff, as it reduces maintenance downtime considerably as no special tools are needed.
The locks are made in stainless steel. The pumps are equipped with an oil tap drain making service and oil change very easy.
Higher Efficiency with Adjustable Wear-ring
Greenleading Pumps use an axially adjustable wear-ring to reduce the hydraulic loss between the impeller and the wear-ring.
With this feature the wear-ring can be regularly adjusted to optimize the pump efficiency when the pump starts to be affected by wear.
